If you are a recent user of my services, can I thank you for your custom and remind you of my ongoing support.
You are now what I call ‘an existing client’, so if you want any car-related advice between now and next time you buy or sell, please give me a call. For example, for any disputes with a seller, advice regarding new tyres (I can usually save you a lot of money here), preparing your car for winter, smart repair advice etc. etc., I will advise you without charge.
My intention is to look after every client as well as I can and to deal with their specific needs to the best of my ability – customer service is paramount to me. I believe that a business will grow more quickly if people recommend its services to others. So, if you have been satisfied with the service I have provided you, could you please take any opportunity to recommend me to your family, friends or clients if you think my services may be of benefit to them.
